  • Seek help from a Registered Nutritional Therapist – This could be an excellent way to gain a clear picture of your overall health and individual needs (See leaflet)

 

  • Plan meals which include a range of foods to ensure you meet your needs. Review regularly and make changes as needed, keep this aspect of your life fresh and vibrant. (See leaflet)

 

  • Eat fresh, locally produced fruits, vegetables (and meat) and be inquisitive about every food you eat. Consider where the food was grown and how. Use this as an opportunity to reflect on wider issues regarding human relationships with the Earth. (See Local links)

 

  • Aim for a balanced intake to include 5 portions of vegetables and 2 portions of fruit per day. (See links)
