Axminster Family Wellbeing aims to help people have as enjoyable, healthy and joyful experience of pregnancy and parenthood as possible.
In particular, the project wants to encourage expectant and new mothers to take excellent care of their own health and wellbeing.
Learn to make informed choices, develop a mindful approach to eating and make stronger connections between food choices, good health and a sense of wellness.

These sessions can help ease mums back into exercise, help soothe and settle baby, help towards baby meeting developmental milestones and enhance bonding. These courses promise to be a fun filled mind and body workout for both parent and baby.
